14. May 2026There will be a master start for the first 200 meters in all classes. On all stages, with the exception of the time trial.
It is not allowed to change bikes during the stage from U11-U17.
There will be random checks, around handlebar widths.
NO warm-up on the route.
NO traffic towards the finish line. Everyone is directed to the bike path.
If this happens, a penalty will be imposed.
First time: +2 minutes in the overall standings
Second time: +2 minutes in the overall standings + Warning
Third time: Warning and DNQ
It is not allowed to urinate in public places. This will result in a warning.
Use the toilet carts provided.
There will be drop zones on all stages. These are marked with flags.
On stages 1, 2, 3, and 5, no. 1, 2, and 3 MUST come to the gear check right after the finish line.
There will also be a random check. This does not apply to U19 and U19P.
Service in U19 + U19P.
The race will be run on a rotation basis. The first service car in the convoy will take the first rider. If you wish to provide service to your own rider, this must be announced over the radio.
All service will generally take place after the commissaire’s car.
Repairs to defects and wheel changes must always be made on the right side of the road.
Cars without a rear window and towbar are NOT permitted.
Service cars must have the Tour de Himmelfart streamer in the windscreen.
Illegal overtaking will result in a time penalty. + 2 minutes.
All leader’s jerseys (yellow, blue and red) must be worn on all stages.
Failure to do so will result in a time penalty. + 2 minutes.
There are prizes for no. 1-2-3-4-5 in all classes on all stages.
Riders MUST attend the awards ceremony.
Catering is provided in accordance with the Danish Cycling Union’s sporting rules 2026:
18.4 Catering
18.4-1 Catering may be provided in Danish races to classes that must run a distance of more than 100 km.
The jury may at any time grant dispensation for catering in classes that run less than 100 km.

Service depot in the Criteriun – Stage 2
Service may be provided by your own helpers in the depot. The defect must be approved by the commissaire before the change.
The two deporters will be off Ballevej 198, and at the drop zone before the finish. See route map:

A draw is made before all stages to determine how you will be called into the starting box.
The rider’s bib number determines when you will be called. It is the last number that is decisive. For example, bib number 523. Here it is the number 3.
1st stage: 7-8-9-0-1-2-3-4-5-6
2nd stage: 4-5-6-7-8-9-0-1-2-3
3rd stage: 9-0-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8
4th stage: Single start
5th stage: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-0
Leader jerseys will always start at the front of the field.
It is not allowed to bring rollers into the starting box after you have been called.
It is NOT allowed to wear a fuselage during the stage. (Things under the jersey that can change the rider’s aerodynamics).
